You pay for the people who carry the iPad. The office app is included for your first two staff. Billing is through Stripe, monthly or annual, with a customer portal for seat changes and invoices.

Questions

The short answers.

What is a named inspector?: One person who signs in to the field app. Seats are not shared between people; each inspector's readings, photos and call sessions are attributed to them.
What happens if my plan lapses?: The workspace goes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Exports still work so your records remain yours.
Do I need an iPad Pro?: LiDAR floor-plan scanning and Spatial Evidence Mapping need an iPad Pro or iPhone Pro with LiDAR. Everything else runs on any modern iPad or in a browser.
Can I change seats mid-month?: Yes. Seat changes are prorated and the office app asks you to confirm the new quantity and charge before it applies.
Where is my data?: In a per-company workspace with ownership checks on every project route. Media is served only through tokenised, revocable links. See the privacy policy and data processing agreement.
